Dear Telstra dealers and licensees
As a valued customer (or thinking about changing to ClickPOS), we'd like inform you of fantastic news for the start of 2010. We have an official agreement between Telstra and ClickPOS .
The agreement signed on 18 Jan 2010, recognises ClickPOS as a supplier to the Telstra dealers/licensees, which enables ClickPOS to have direct access to Telstra’s resources within retail.
What this means for you is a higher level of service.
This includes the better maintenance of "The Alliance program" that is, the ongoing maintenance of the remuneration structure, updates to the reporting, and any changes that may impact the operation of ClickPOS system.
This is exciting news for all our existing Telstra clients using ClickPOS. In the coming months you will receive further notices on upgrades that will be implemented.
