ClickPOS forms Alliance with Telstra dealers

With the constructive feedback from our Telstra dealers and Telstra Advisory board,  ClickPOS has formed a "Telstra Alliance" with its dealerships across Australia. The decision to provide this service was welcomed by all the dealers across Australia and they have all jumped on board.

The Alliance has a primary focus to offer a solution to its members who share a common interest in centralising tasks, contributing ideas to improve business processes and ultimately, improve efficiency and reduce costs, hence streamlining current business practices. The Alliance is made up of businesses that are licensed to sell Telstra products and currently using the ClickPOS retail management system.

Premium service included:

    Premium facilities that host only Telstra Shop databases. These are the latest dedicated servers.
    Maintenance of the ClickPOS system so it caters for changes in the industry. 
     A Resource Centre to deal with new features we develop.
    Experienced staff to handle your queries efficiently.
 
Automatic Update of Telstra Plan structure

As part of the complexities of operating in the telecommunications industry, the feedback we received from our dealers was the need to provide a centralised Plan Template, where ClickPOS provide up to date details of handsets and plan data. This includes your remuneration from Telstra. 
We are now offering this service to all Telstra dealers.
