How many licences do i need?

The number of licence is dependent on your requirements. The most important question is "What is the maximum number of staff that needs access to ClickPOS at any point in time".
Remember that each licence can be shared by many employees. For example, you have 3 sales staff sharing one pos terminal, each staff can scan their staff ID to make a sale, therefore sharing the one licence.

EXAMPLE 1.

You have one store and 2 staff needs access during business hours, then you need 2 licences. Consisting of 1 x Store licence and  1 x Consecutive user licence.
You may have 10 staff working on the same day, but they will all share the same two pos terminals.

EXAMPLE 2

You have two stores with one POS terminal per store and the manager needs access during the day. You need 2 x Store licence and 1 x Consecutive user licence.

EXAMPLE 3

Below is a retail outlet with 3 Stores and 1 Head office. They require a total of 9 users to login to ClickPOS at any point in time.
Including 2 POS terminals at each store and at Head office a Manager, an Accountant and a Stock control person.
The licencing is broken to 4 x Store licences, and 5 x Consecutive user licences.

Below is an example of licence structure.

Description Store Licence  Consecutive licence  Login count
